Sevag Nigoghosian is the founding partner of our firm. Prior to forming The Law Offices of Sevag Nigoghosian, Mr. Nigoghosian was an associate at one of the largest civil litigation law firms in the nation where he focused his practice on medical malpractice defense, construction defects, premises liability and elder abuse cases.
Throughout his practice Mr. Nigoghosian has established a reputation in the Los Angeles and Southern California legal community for diligently representing clients in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, family law, and bankruptcy among others. Mr. Nigoghosian has extensive legal experience representing individuals and entities in simple and complex cases and has successfully prosecuted numerous cases resulting in lucrative results for our clients.
Mr. Nigoghosian has proven himself as a skilled, tenacious, aggressive and highly motivated litigator who is a hands-on problem solver. Mr. Nigoghosian’s extensive litigation experience includes, but is not limited to, taking and defending hundreds of depositions, law and motion, oral arguments, and written discovery. Mr. Nigoghosian has participated in hundreds of mediations, as well as arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Nigoghosian has a proven and successful record in disposing claims via summary judgment motions, and securing favorable arbitration rulings as well as being involved and knowledgeable in all phases of pre-trial and trial preparation.
